Portal overview
The Driver Portal at metroberryke.com gives you full trip execution capabilities in a browser — ideal when you're at a desk or prefer a larger screen. It mirrors the mobile app: accept trips, navigate, manage pool stops, and complete rides.
Accessing the portal
- Sign in at metroberryke.com/t/metroberry/signin with your driver credentials
- From the sidebar, tap Driver Portal
- Allow location access in your browser when prompted
- The map loads with your position and any active trip
Tip
For the best experience on mobile browsers, add metroberryke.com to your home screen (Install App prompt on the homepage).
Executing trips
The portal workflow matches the mobile app: Accept → Navigate → Arrived → Start → Complete.
- Trip offers appear in the bottom panel — accept before the timer expires
- Click Navigate to open turn-by-turn directions
- Use the action buttons to progress through each trip stage
- For pool trips, follow the active stop card for each pickup/drop-off
Documents
Upload and renew KYC documents from Driver Portal → Documents or Profile → Documents. Only document types required for your account and vehicle class are shown.
Document types
- Profile Photo
- National ID / Passport (document number required)
- Driving License (expiry date required) (document number required)
- Good Conduct Certificate (document number required)
- PSV Badge (expiry date required) (document number required)
- NTSA Inspection Report (expiry date required) (document number required)
- Insurance Certificate (expiry date required) (document number required)
- NTSA Inspection Sticker (expiry date required)
- Clear image of the vehicle
- Speed governor certificate (expiry date required) (document number required) — Required for vehicle class C and above only
Note
Speed governor certificate applies only to drivers assigned vehicles in pricing class C or above (7+ seats).
- Open Documents from the sidebar or profile menu
- Click each document type to upload a file or photo
- Enter expiry dates for licences and certificates when prompted
- Check status badges: Pending, Verified, or Expired
- Renew before expiry to avoid account suspension

- Profile — update name, phone, and photo
- Notifications — trip alerts and system messages
- Support — reach operations or browse the Help Center
- Change password — under Profile or account settings
