Welcome to Metroberry

Metroberry is a premium mobility platform for individual passengers, corporate commuters, drivers, and fleet operators across Kenya. Whether you book a one-off ride on the web or commute daily through your employer, this guide helps you get started quickly.

Choose your path

Individual passenger

Book on-demand or scheduled rides from the Metroberry web app. Pay with M-Pesa, wallet, or cash.

  • Go to metroberryke.com and tap Get Started → Passenger
  • Register with your phone number and verify via OTP
  • Sign in and open Request Ride from your dashboard

Corporate employee

Your company sets up your account. Download the Metroberry Employee app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Install the Employee app
  • Sign in with the phone number your HR team registered
  • Book commutes, track live trips, and view your schedule

Driver

Drivers use the Metroberry Driver app for trip execution and can also access the web Driver Portal.

  • Apply at metroberryke.com → Sign up → Driver
  • Complete registration and upload KYC documents
  • Once approved, sign in to the Driver app to receive trips

Corporate admin or coordinator

Manage your organisation's employees, routes, bookings, and invoices from the web dashboard.

  • Register your company at metroberryke.com → Sign up → Corporate
  • Add employees manually or import via CSV
  • Configure routes, booking policies, and approval rules

Operations & fleet staff

Admins and fleet managers run day-to-day operations — vehicles, drivers, bookings, trips, and reports — from the web dashboard.

Signing in

  1. Open metroberryke.com/t/metroberry/signin (web) or launch your mobile app
  2. Enter your registered phone number or email
  3. Sign in with your password, or tap Use OTP to receive a one-time code via SMS
  4. If prompted, change your temporary password before continuing

Important

Never share your password or OTP with anyone — including people claiming to be Metroberry support.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password
  2. Enter your registered phone number or email
  3. Follow the reset link or OTP instructions sent to you
  4. Create a new strong password (minimum 8 characters, mixed case and numbers)
