Your role
As a Fleet Manager, you handle day-to-day operations — drivers, vehicles, bookings, trips, routes, and fleet monitoring. You do not have access to pricing, invoices, wallet, or promo codes.
Daily operations
- Check Dashboard for today's bookings and active trips
- Review Fleet Map for vehicle positions
- Handle pending driver approvals and document renewals
- Assign drivers to unassigned bookings
- Monitor SOS alerts and incidents
Drivers & vehicles
Same workflows as Admin for driver and vehicle management — list, create, approve, assign, and maintain.
- Approve new drivers after document review
- Assign vehicles to drivers and vice versa
- Log fuel and maintenance from Settings → Fleet Maintenance
- Track inspection logs for compliance
Bookings & trips
Create bookings, run auto-assign, manage pool groups, and track trips in real time.
Tip
Use CSV import on Bookings for bulk shift scheduling — download the template first.
